- You may return any item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
- The item must be in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and tags.
- Please contact us via email email@example.com to obtain a return address, which can be obtained by contacting our customer service team.
- Returns that are not caused by quality issues, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Typically USPS Parcel / First-Class is the cheapest.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
within 30 business days.
- If the item was received as a gift, a store credit will be issued.
- Items that have been damaged or altered by the customer will not be accepted for return or refund.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is the result of our error.
Scope of Warranty
Ez2pet is proud to design and create simple and functional products with quality and durability. All products purchased from Ez2pet come with a 12-month warranty, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or improper use of the product
- Chewing or biting
- Alterations or modications to the product
If you believe your product is covered under warranty, please contact Ez2pet customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team will assist you in determining if your product is covered and guide you through the warranty claim process.
To make a warranty claim, you will be required to provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. If the product is covered under warranty, Ez2pet will repair or replace it at no cost to you. If the product is found to be ineligible for warranty coverage, Ez2pet may, at its discretion, offer to repair the product for a fee.
