Shipping Cost

Currently, we support shipping to the United States and Canada.

In the United States: all orders over $30 are free to ship for the lower 51 States (not including American Samoa/Micronesia/Guam/Marshall Islands/Northern Mariana Islands/Palau/Puerto Rico/U.S. Virgin Islands/Armed Forces Americas/Armed Forces Europe/Armed Forces Pacific);
  
All orders under $30 ship for a $3.99 USD flat rate for the lower 51 states (not including American Samoa/Micronesia/Guam/Marshall Islands/Northern Mariana Islands/Palau/Puerto Rico/U.S. Virgin Islands/Armed Forces Americas/Armed Forces Europe/Armed Forces Pacific)

In Canada, all orders are subject to a $25 international shipping charge.

Delivery Time

Orders placed on our website will typically be processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that this is the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipping, and does not include the delivery time.

In general, most orders will arrive within 3-9 business days. Shipping timeframes are only estimates and exclude holidays, weekends, and unforeseen postal delays that are out of our control. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to expedite it or make any changes.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team via support@ez2pet.com, so that we can look into your tracking to see if the shipment may potentially be lost and review the next steps. If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, you are entitled to a full refund on your purchase.

Please bear in mind that once the package has been handed over to the shipping courier, there may be circumstances out of our control leading to package delivery delays.

Shipping Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number for your shipment. You can use this tracking number to follow your shipment's progress to your door.

Customs and Import Fees

Currently, our shipping prices include any customs or import fees that may apply to U.S. addresses. These fees will not be charged again.

Orders shipped to Canadian addresses are subject to import duties, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer/customer to clear and pay.

Can I cancel my order?

We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchasing - so if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.


Ez2pet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we'll try our best to help you recover and track down your package. In cases where your package was not delivered because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to reship your package. If your package is still nowhere to be found, please contact us at support@ez2pet.com.
